Polao tasty Bangli food

Polao, tasty and mind-blowing food of all the bangalies. I have tasted it so many times, if you are Bangali then you must taste this or if you are non-bangali then  I must suggest you to eat it. I am as a true bangali most of the times like to have rice & vegetables and so on, as I like best. So try to read on following methods.......

Components for making Vegetable Pulao

3 cups of rice, simmered
A bunch of coriander leaves.
3-4 green chillies.
2 tsp of coconut, shredded
3 intermediate onions,sliced fine.
1/2 an onion, cut up.
A few twigs of cinammon, a couple of
cardommom kernels, a couple of cloves.
1 1/2 tsp red chilli dust.
saline to flavour.
2 flakes garlic.
1 inch part ginger.
Ghee or dissolved dairy spread for pan-cooking.
1 cup of cauliflower flowerets.
Some blended frozen vegetables like beans,
carrots and green peas.
3 tsbp ghee(clarified butter)

Methods

Grind simultaneously the 1/2 onion, coconut, garlic, ginger
and coriander in the blender, to make a glossy paste.
Keep aside.
Fry the onions in a the ghee or dissolved dairy spread.
furthermore add the cloves, cinnamon and cardommom.
When onions are browned correctly, add the red chilli dust
and pan-cooked for 30-45 seconds.
Now add all the vegetables, including the cauliflower and
sprinkle some water on it.
Keep covered and prepare food on a reduced flame till the vegetables are cooked.
This might take approximately 15-20 minutes.
hold sprinkling water periodically to speeden up the method,
but do not add excess water as it will wreck the pulao.
When the vegetables are done, move the vegeables to a
large-scale blending dish, add all the boiled rice, saline to taste
and the blended masala.
blend thoroughly and then heat it either in a microwave or on
reduced heat on the preparing food range. It is heated again to let
the saline spread over the bowl.
assist with Raita.

Your stomach is strongly acidic, no matter what food you eat. Stomach acid is much stronger than lemon juice, tomatoes or any other acid food. Nothing you eat escapes this acid "soup" while it is in your stomach, so it makes no difference whether you combine the foods that are in the acidic foods list.
