Sesame Broccoli and Chinese-Style Steamed Fish

Chinese-Style Steamed Fish provided with amusing style, it is presented with Sesame Broccoli mixtures. Simple, cooked with steam fish is a quick, very simple and wholesome dinner choice. Add cooked dark rice for a entire dinner. Put the rice on first, because it takes longer to cook than the fish.


Ingredients: 

* 1-1/4 lb firm white-fleshed fish fillets , (such as pickerel, cod or halibut)1-1/4 1-1/4lb lb(567 g) (567 g) firm white-fleshed fish filletswhite-fleshed fish fillets, (such as pickerel, cod or halibut)
* 2 tbsp slivered fresh ginger 2 2tbsp tbsp(30 mL) (30 mL) slivered new ginger
* 2 tbsp sodium-reduced soy sauce 2 2tbsp tbsp(30 mL) (30 mL) sodium-reduced soy dressing
* 1 tbsp lemon juice extract 1 1tbsp tbsp(15 mL) (15 mL) lemon juice extract
* 2 tsp sesame oil 2 2tsp tsp(10 mL) (10 mL) sesame oil
* 2 green onions , slash in thin strips (white and green parts separated)2 2green oniongreen onions, slash in thin narrow pieces (white and green parts separated)
* Sesame Broccoli:
* 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 1tbsp tbsp(15 mL) (15 mL) vegetable oil
* 2 tsp sesame oil 2 2tsp tsp(10 mL) (10 mL) sesame oil
* 1 clove garlic , finely sliced1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, thinly divide
* 1 head broccoli , slash in florets1 1head headbroccoli, slash in florets
* 1 tbsp baked sesame kernels 1 1tbsp tbsp(15 mL) (15 mL) baked sesame seeds




Preparations:

In 10-inch (25 centimetres) pie plate, arrange fish body material side up; sprinkle with ginger, soy dressing, lemon juice extract and sesame oil. organise white components of green onions on top.
