Chickpea curry

Chickpea curry is eaten most of the countries, especially on Eid Day, Muslim and non-muslim  have with happy  manner. Wholesome, cheap and loading: this tasty chickpea curry is perfect for a weekday dinner.


Ingredients


*   1 tbsp oil
*   1 onion, cut up
*   1 garlic clove, trampled
*   ¼ tsp saline
*   ½ tsp cumin dust
*   ¼ tsp coriander dust
*   ¼ tsp turmeric dust
*  ¼ tsp red chilli dust
*  1 new tomato, cut up
*  1 x 400g/14oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
*  5cm/2in piece origin ginger, grated
*  pinch of garam masala
*  Pitta breads or plain basmati rice, to serve
